Emptied of food residue, the container goes into metal recycling. Aluminium can be remelted many times without losing its properties, and recycling uses a fraction of the energy needed for primary aluminium. An argument you can pass on to your customer with a number and a source.

Price depends on format, gauge and volume, so we quote per order. Discounts apply from 5 cartons and from a pallet. When comparing offers, count complaints too: a thin container that cracks at your customer costs more than a difference of a few cents.
A full carton. Carton quantity depends on the format: from 300 pcs (3,500 ml roaster) to 4,200 pcs (250 ml container). Exact figures are shown on every product. For wholesalers we build mixed pallets.
The wrinkled wall stiffens the tray at a lower foil weight. R59/C and 621000/C (1,000 ml) come in standard and reinforced gauge. We recommend reinforced for heavier dishes and transport, standard for lighter bakes. We send samples of both before you order.

Catalogue formats ship from our Poznań warehouse after order confirmation, usually within 1–2 working days. Own collection at Spławie 10, next to the international route. Larger volumes and off-catalogue formats are quoted with an individual lead time.
Foil-board lids fit six closable formats: 630450, 630525, 630700/R54, 630900/R44, R52, R1L. The folded rim clamps the lid, the aluminium side faces the food and blocks light and moisture, and you can write the date on the board. For sauces in transport we recommend the deeper formats (R1L, 630900). In your enquiry list just tick “with lid” next to the container.
Oven and grill: yes, aluminium takes baking temperatures without deforming. Freezer: yes, down to -40°C. Microwave: yes, under the conditions confirmed by the Fraunhofer Institute study for EAFA: no lid, one tray in the centre of the turntable, at least 2 cm from the walls, food covering the base.
Yes, as in an oven. The tray must not touch the heating element or block airflow. Check your appliance manual.
The containers are intended for food contact under Regulation (EC) 1935/2004. We do not recommend them for long storage of very acidic (vinegar, lemon, pickled tomatoes) or very salty food, which can release aluminium. For those uses ask about lacquered containers.
Yes, smoothwall trays on request. Tell us which sealing machine and film you use and we will match the format and rim dimensions.
Into metal recycling, emptied of food residue. Aluminium is recovered at sorting plants and returns to production without loss of properties.
Yes. On request we provide producer declarations of compliance for the batch and technical specifications of the formats. A VAT invoice accompanies every delivery; intra-community deliveries within the EU.
